Full Job Description
Advanced Product Manager Systems - Hardware is responsible for defining, developing, launching, and managing ATM hardware products and integrated solution offerings throughout their lifecycle. This role serves as the bridge between customers, engineering, software development, manufacturing, service organizations, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure, reliable, and cost-effective self-service banking solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales, engineering, marketing, and support teams to define product requirements and drive strategy, roadmap development, portfolio optimization, AI and data-enabled innovation, regulatory compliance, commercialization efforts, and end-to-end customer outcomes. The role owns the product vision across hardware, software, and attached services to maximize customer value, market adoption, and business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting large bids and proposals and participating in go-to-market activities. Location: Onsite: North Canton, Ohio Responsibilities • Product Strategy, Development & Roadmap • Product Lifecycle Management • Product and Market Requirements • Compliance & Security • Financial & Business Management • Stakeholder & Customer Management • Vendor & Supply Chain Management • Define and drive a strategic roadmap for AI-enabled, data-driven, and intelligent self-service banking solutions • Ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and services as part of a unified portfolio solution • Assume end-to-end accountability for business, customer, and operational outcomes across the assigned portfolio • Act as a product entrepreneur, identifying emerging market opportunities, customer problems, adjacent revenue streams, and innovative business models • Partners with marketing, research, customer solutions and business stakeholders to understand customer / product-specific expectations and requirements • Proactively analyzes / monitors KPIs to ensure achievement of success metrics • Engages with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners, to ensure product vision addresses: Marketplace access, Key features and functionality requirements, Service and support requirements, Key accounts and prospects • Evaluates customer / market / financial data, identifying emerging patterns, trends and problems and recommends strategies and approaches for resolution • Collaborates cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities with a promise of positive product / product line impact Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Product Management / Hardware products. • Technical knowledge: Systems thinking, Hardware architecture understanding, problem-solving, risk management and technology evaluation. • Experience managing product roadmaps, product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies. • Experience driving Business case development, requirements management, Competitive analysis and go-to-market strategies. • Experience leveraging data analytics and customer insights to drive product strategy, investment decisions, and business outcomes • Customer-centric mindset • Presents to leaders • Travel: Potential quarterly travel within US and internationally 1-2 times a year. • Location: Onsite: North Canton, Ohio Preferred Qualifications • 5-7+ years' experience within ATM industry, Banking technology, self-service devices and payment technologies • Experience managing global products and regional compliance requirements. • Experience with other similar ATM platforms. • Knowledge of ATM software-hardware integration. • Experience in financial services technology. • Experience with AI/ML-enabled products, predictive analytics, digital services, or intelligent automation solutions. #LI-DC1 #LI-Onsite
