Columbia Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our Foot and Ankle Clinic located in Astoria, Oregon. Our opening offers the opportunity to join a group of experienced clinicians who provide podiatry care to patients in a community clinic setting. Practice Details- Established, collaborative practice focused on person-centered care.
- Community practice where you will join experienced clinicians.
- Outpatient practice with no call requirements.
- Established practice where you will manage patients with a full range of foot and ankle concerns including wound care and nail care.
- Autonomy to see both new and established adult and patients.
- 4-day work week with dedicated administrative time.
Required Qualifications - Completion of an accredited Physician Associate Nurse Practitioner training program.
- Ability to obtain Physician Associate/Nurse Practitioner license for the State of Oregon.
- DEA Certificate
- Must be successfully credentialed by the CMH Professional Staff.
- Two or more years of clinical provider experience.
