Full Job Description
Candidate can be a licensed FNP or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.
  • Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours and 8 hours of clinical asynchronous care time.
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
  • Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
  • Current Oregon NP or PA license and DEA licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum of one year of professional clinical experience in family practice or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Epic EMR software
  • Current Washington NP or PA license for telehealth visits

Compensation:
  • Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $130,000.00 base salary + RVU access bonus incentive pay
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
