Qualifications

  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Physician Assistant required upon hire

Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

Location: Shippensburg, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Join a well-established Family Medicine practice in Shippensburg, PA, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from infants through seniors.
  • Work alongside a collaborative team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a patient-centered environment.
  • Practice is recognized as an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Monday through Friday schedule supporting an excellent work-life balance.
  • Shared call model with two additional offices, resulting in approximately 1 week of call every 15 weeks. Call coverage runs Monday to Monday.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:
  • 1 year Required

Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
