Job Description:Family Medicine APPFull-time-Float both FM/IM Clinic Locations
Float Salt Lake Valley- Intermountain HealthCovering both Family and Internal Medicine Clinics in the Salt Lake Valley, 25 Buildings, covering long term leaves, and current provider templates.

Minimum Qualifications:- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Preferred Qualifications:- Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
- Master's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
