As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Clinical Practice:- Deliver safe and systemic care for a specified patient population under MD supervision.
- Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of medical processes within NP or PA scope of practice.
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge in urgent care, pharmacology, and education.
Teamwork:- Communicate efficiently and collaborate with diverse clinical teams.
- Cultivate a coordinated approach to achieve efficient patient outcomes.
- Show respect and understanding for fellow team members.
Quality/Best Practice:- Apply standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery.
- Continuously incorporate data and information to improve care and enhance outcomes.
- Commit to maintaining high practice standards for outstanding results.
Required Qualifications- Progressive clinical experience.
- Master's degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Practice or Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assistant studies with a Master's or Doctorate Degree.
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing. Physician Assistant studies certification.
- Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting preferred.
Preferred Qualifications- Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
