  • Manage 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

What You'll Champion:
  • Provide clinical oversight for a 10-12 bed ED Observation Unit, delivering 12-18-hour monitoring and care coordination
  • Seeking experienced hospitalist APP (AGACNP or Physician Assistant) with 3-5 years of inpatient experience; ideal candidates thrive working independently in a fast-paced hospital medicine environment with rapid patient turnover, admissions, and discharges for low-acuity patients
  • Support hospital operations and patient flow by providing coverage for ED holds and ED Observation (EDOP) patients
  • Flexible 7-on / 7-off hospitalist schedule (Thursday-Wednesday) with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
