We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR!

Who we are looking for:
  • An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
  • An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.

Position Details:
  • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
  • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Highlights:
  • Base compensation $141k - $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
  • $15k Hiring Bonus
  • $20k Relocation Allowance
  • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
