Who we are looking for:- An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
- An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
Position Details:- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Position Highlights:- Base compensation $141K- $155K per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.

Qualifications:To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
