Position: Advanced Development Engineering Manager
Location: Nashua, NH
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and develop a team focused on development of new technologies and implementation into product designs
- Develop advanced cable technologies and identify new product and market opportunities
- Own the technology roadmap and drive new products from concept to product feasibility
- Accelerate innovation while improving development speed, and execution
- Partner with suppliers and customers to convert market needs into successful products
- Coordinate with other teams to deliver a total solution to customers
- Build engineering capability, accountability, and future leaders across the organization
- Mentor the Engineering team to grow and develop team capability and new leaders
QUALIFICATIONS: - Master's degree or PhD in engineering or a related technical field
- 10+ years of engineering and 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Proven success in developing and launching new products
- Cable or connector development experience
