Adv Practice Prov SUBS
My Health My Resources in Tarrant County (MHMR) is looking for an Adv Practice Provider SUBS to provide medical care and medical management of clients in adult residential and ambulatory Detoxification Treatment Services. Provide history and physical skills for clients in adult and youth intensive Residential Treatment Services. Provide supervision for Detoxification RN's and LVN's.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Master's Degree
Required Experience: 1 year of family or internal medicine
Preferred Experience: 1 year' experience with substance use disorders
Required License: Texas Physician Assistant License/APRN License
Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must provide license (if applicable) and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate
Will have Data 2000 waiver for buprenorphine by time of on boarding to agency
