You Are:
A hands-on Adobe Real-Time CDP consultant who enjoys solving data and customer experience problems. You work effectively with architects, product owners, engineers, marketers, and analysts to configure platform capabilities, document decisions, test solutions, and support delivery outcomes.
The Work:
- Gather and document business, data, audience, activation, and reporting requirements.
- Create or update XDM schemas, field groups, datasets, identity fields, profile configurations, segments, audiences, and destinations under solution leadership.
- Build and validate data mappings and support batch, streaming, API, and connector-based ingestion or activation.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, configuration documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
- Execute unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing support; document defects and verify fixes.
- Monitor data flows and activation processes, investigate issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, provide transparent status, escalate blockers, and continuously improve delivery assets.
- Incorporate AI into workflows and applications increasing efficiencies where appropriate.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What You Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data, marketing technology, analytics, digital platforms, software delivery, or related work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with customer data, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, integration, or CDP concepts.
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and/or Adobe Real-Time CDP through client delivery, implementation, administration, or substantial practical training.
- Understanding of data models, identity, profiles, segmentation, activation, testing, and data quality.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
- You have Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or related Adobe certification, or active progress toward certification.
- You have experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, SQL, JSON, APIs, or cloud data services.
- You have experience working in agile teams and with distributed delivery teams.
- You have consulting or client-service experience.
