Position Summary: Revere Health is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Administrator to lead the operational, financial, and strategic success for our primary care clinics in St George and Enterprise. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about driving performance, improving patient outcomes, and supporting physician leadership.
Essential Job Functions: Lead strategic planning efforts and establish clinic-wide goals aligned with organizational priorities. Oversee budget development, financial performance, and resource allocation to support sustainable operations. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations. Provide operational oversight and leadership across multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistent standards of care, service, and performance. Approve hiring requests, manage headcount planning, and support workforce decisions in partnership with Human Resources and operational leadership. Develop leaders through coaching, mentorship, performance management, and succession planning. Advance Value-Based Care initiatives by aligning clinical, operational, and financial strategies to improve quality outcomes and patient experience. Coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution of organizational priorities. Monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. Evaluate and provide performance oversight for Office Managers, including goal setting, accountability, and professional development. Identify, assess, and resolve systemic operational issues through process improvement, root-cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable solutions. Participate in organization-level policy development and decision-making to support consistent, compliant, and effective clinic operations. Partner with physician leaders to align clinical and operational objectives, strengthen provider engagement, and support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or business services At least 2 years of management experience Physician practice management experience (preferred) Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, FMLA, FLSA, and OSHA Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
