About The Role

HP IQ is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our VP, Artificial Intelligence and Software and our VP, HW Systems, Integrity and Productivity, while also providing operational support to the Software teams. In this role, you will act as an Administrative Business Partner to VP of Artificial Intelligence and Software and VP, HW Systems, Integrity and Productivity by managing priorities, anticipating needs, and executing with precision, while also keeping all operational processes for the AI, Software, HW Systems, Integrity and Productivity teams running smoothly. What You Might Do
  • Perform basic tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive-level employees of the organization
  • Generates statistical and analytic reports for utilization by the organization for strategic planning in the administrative function, and assists in preparing presentations with relevant insights for the executives.
  • Prepare expense reports, route vendor invoices and purchase orders for approval, book and manage travel
  • Anticipate needs to proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
  • Act as a liaison representing VP across teams internally at HP IQ and across the HP organization globally
  • Develop a strong partnership with XFN partners and collaborate on day-to-day operations and projects, build relationships with EA's across HP for efficient scheduling
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering teams on a regular basis to support the daily operations of the AI, Software, HW Systems, Integrity and Productivity Teams globally.
  • Lead/Co-lead special projects or initiatives as assigned including team events and off-sites
  • Coordinates the administrative work within the department/division, while working with other departments/divisions and companies.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-paced situations


Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple leaders
  • Experience with managing multiple calendars across different timezones
  • Experience working in fast paced startup like environment

  • Experience working with and supporting Technical Leader
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in execution, even under pressure
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
  • Clear written and spoken communicator, demonstrates emotional intelligence
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and problem solve quickly and effectively
  • Experience providing project management support on high-priority projects
  • Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

Hourly rate: $36.25 to $52.57 per hour. This is a non-exempt position that offers 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year.

The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
