Administrative Manager - Level III

Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

Compensation: $65,000 - $115,000 / year

*** This position is contingent upon ACI's successful award of the associated government contract.

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for working with program leadership to ensure successful execution of daily operations tasks. Additionally, you will:
  • Perform various manpower functions including assessing, analyzing, developing, and advising on manpower program and functions.
  • Review and implement command plans, concept plans, manpower surveys, Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Table 30, manpower reports, and civilian, contractor and matrix personnel manpower management and execution.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and performance evaluations
  • Developing and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and compliance
  • Supervise the records management processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 14 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associates degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, or
  • Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
  • Proven experience in administrative management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes, procedures, and best practices.
