Role & ResponsibilitiesPJT Camberview seeks an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support to senior members of the PJT Camberview team. The ideal individual will possess strong administrative, organizational and communication skills and have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as gatekeeper to professionals and maintain relationships with clients, investors, prospective clients and internal employees
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants and confirm meetings with clients and colleagues
- Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinate supporting technology
- Meet and greet guests; register guests in visitor system
- Assist in the development of internal and external meeting materials to ensure professionals are prepared for client pitches, conferences, and speaking engagements and follow up on any action items
- Send and reply to emails on behalf of professionals; draft other correspondence
- Cover multiple phone lines and communicate with clients as requested
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Arrange travel for professionals, including flights, cars, hotels, visas, and other reservations
- Track, prepare, and process expense reconciliations, out-of-pocket reports, and invoices
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence as needed
- Maintain entry of data and data integrity in databases including Outlook contacts and CRM (Salesforce)
QualificationsPJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have excellent academic, leadership and extracurricular records. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Professional presence, positive demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented approach; hospitality or customer service background a plus
- High level of integrity, sound judgment and strong work ethic
- Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus
Expected Annualized Base Salary of $85,000 - $100,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
