What does the team work on?

The Ad Partner Solutions (APS) team at Roku is the critical bridge between our advertising technology platform and the ecosystem of measurement, data, and attribution partners that power advertiser success. We enable seamless integrations with industry-leading partners, ensuring that Roku's advertising solutions deliver best-in-class measurement, audience targeting, and campaign optimization capabilities.

Our team is responsible for the full lifecycle of partner integrations - from initial scoping and technical implementation through ongoing optimization and strategic expansion. We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive partner adoption, resolve technical challenges, and unlock new revenue opportunities through data and measurement partnerships.

What is the role?

We are seeking an Ad Partner Solutions Manager - Data & Measurement to own and scale our relationships with measurement, attribution, and data partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and advertising, with a passion for solving complex integration challenges and driving measurable business impact.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, managing the technical and operational aspects of integrations while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand Roku's measurement capabilities. Success in this role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $134,500 - $154,300 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

How will I use AI at Roku?

At Roku, we don't just use AI, we work with it. AI agents and smart tools help power drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows, while our people bring direction, judgment, and accountability.

We value curious, adaptable builders, who can show how they've used AI, agents, or automation to move faster, improve quality, and scale their impact. Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment.

What are the responsibilities of the role?
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Roku's portfolio of data and measurement partners spanning Identity, Measurement, Data Providers, Mobile Measurement, and Verification categories
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts at partner organizations to ensure successful integrations and ongoing alignment with Roku's platform and ad products
  • Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle for new partners - from intake and scoping through testing, activation, and ongoing maintenance - partnering with Technical Operations, Ad Measurement, Product and Engineering to ensure integrations meet Roku's standards
  • Monitor the health of integrations across measurement data (attribution, lift studies, pixel/tag health) and partner data (match rates, sync latency, integration uptime, SLA compliance), proactively resolving issues before they impact advertiser campaign outcomes
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may prevent Roku and its partners from maximizing the value of data and measurement partnerships
  • Advocate for and collaborate with Product teams to build monitoring tools that detect partner disruptions and data outages before they escalate
  • Support partner QBRs and roadmap alignment sessions, helping ensure partner direction aligns with Roku's commercial goals and advertiser needs
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and evaluate new partner opportunities based on market demand, technical fit, and commercial viability
  • Develop and deliver enablement for Sales, Client Success, and Ad Ops teams - covering partner capabilities, workflows, escalation paths, and best practices
  • Synthesize complex data and measurement topics into clear business opportunities and challenges, adapted to the technical level of the audience
  • Assist in monitoring spend and performance of partner-driven initiatives
  • Develop a keen understanding of how the Roku platform and unique ad products deliver value to support data and measurement partner goals
