Qualifications

• Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Preferably holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Arts in Nursing (BAN)
• Current Montana state RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated progressive responsibility or previous supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum of four years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical or specialty clinical area preferred
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all clinical activities within the Critical Access Hospital and Emergency Room 24/7
• Manage clinical personnel selection, orientation and training, development, scheduling, and performance
• Ensure high-quality patient care delivery and foster strong relationships with physicians
• Oversee quality control, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient referrals and transitions of care for optimal outcomes
