Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.

Job DescriptionWe are hiring an
Accounting Manager to join our centralized team in
the Denver Tech Center, CO, who will be responsible for:
- Reviews and oversees high-priority initiatives across the accounting department, including rotational assignments.
- Works independently and exhibits technical expertise and business knowledge.
- Ensures accuracy of corporate financial records, which includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, journal entries, variance analysis, and rollforwards.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for specialized accounting areas/systems, including training and trouble shooting in area of expertise.
- Acts as Team Leader including onboarding new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues. Owns special projects that impact policies and procedures.
- Complies with internal controls.
- Collaborates among departments to share accounting data, improve efficiencies, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications- Experience reviewing monthly journal entries, accruals, reclasses, etc.
- Experience reviewing variance analysis.
- Experience reviewing actual to budget/forecast analysis.
- Experience with monthly, quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient financial system skills with an emphasis on Excel, SmartView
- Workday Financials experience a plus.
- Superb attention to detail.
