Full Job Description
We currently have an opening for an Accounting Manager in our iNRCORE facility, located in Bristol, PA . This position is critical to the success of iNRCORE Group's financial operations and will be supporting site-level accounting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and ERP system management, reporting directly to the Controller or Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate for this position should be a seasoned accounting professional with strong experience in general ledger management, financial reporting, and cost accounting. They should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, possess a solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS, and demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment-especially in high-reliability electronics-is highly preferred.

Details of the Role: The position of Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all core accounting functions including month-end close, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance. You will manage site-level financial operations, support business decision-making, and ensure accurate reporting aligned with corporate standards. You'll also play a key role in maintaining ERP systems and supporting IT infrastructure coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for site-level financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee customer invoicing, cash receipts, vendor payments, and bank account management.
  • Maintain accurate cost accounting and ensure standard costs are reflected correctly in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers to maintain infrastructure and systems.
  • Lead the annual physical inventory and maintain fixed asset records.
  • Serve as liaison with auditors and tax preparers to ensure accurate representation of financial results.
  • Monitor compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal procedures.
  • Manage internal travel and expense workflows (e.g., Concur).
  • Train and develop accounting staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifying Attributes and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in general ledger and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of arithmetic accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure and working with external service providers is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
