Qualifications

• 15+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with SAP software
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• CPA credential is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of all financial functions including FP&A, Technical Accounting, Treasury, and Compliance
• Drive long-term business strategy alongside annual budgeting and financial forecasting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures and deliverables
• Mentor and enhance the professional development of the accounting team
• Provide financial updates and analyses to executive management
• Track financial metrics to improve performance and foster accountability
• Collaborate with various departments to refine business processes for efficiency
• Act as a liaison with tax consultants for alignment and compliance
• Ensure local accounting policies align with corporate standards
• Oversee external and internal financial audits
