As an Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager), you'll leverage our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations-no coding required.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
- Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform
- Translate end-to-end accounting workflows into automation logic
- Lead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform
- Document best practices and develop user-friendly resources
- Provide actionable product feedback to our engineering team
- Stay current with developments in accounting, finance, and automation technology
Who You Are- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping)
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement-minded
- Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required)
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no-code solutions
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $80,000-$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience
