Your Impact
As a Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage multiple assurance and non-assurance engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Lead pre-engagement planning, scope and assign work, and maintain firm quality assurance standards.
- Apply technical expertise to provide insightful recommendations and solutions for clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value and new business.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.
- Participate in firm management, policy development, and professional standards committees.
- Deliver presentations and training, sharing your expertise internally and externally.
- Contribute to recruitment and performance evaluations, helping select and grow top talent.
What You Bring:
- CPA designation (or equivalent).
- Minimum four years' experience in public practice, with at least one year in a leadership role.
- Advanced knowledge of compilation, review, and engagements, as well as corporate and personal tax.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with superior organizational skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in client management, team leadership, and file documentation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
