You will set day-to-day objectives for your teams and serve as a reliable main point of contact for your clients.

This is also a people management role. The Account Supervisor line manages junior professionals, participating in their onboarding and training and providing ongoing feedback and professional coaching. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of five years of PR and communications experience, required exposure to professional services and B2B clients, and a track record of public relations work that has generated measurable results.

What you'd do

  • Effectively handle all aspects of proactive and reactive media relations activities for a portfolio of professional services clients.
  • Develop clear, thoughtful, and strategic communications, including strategy plans, client emails and intake memos, with minimal input from the account lead.
  • Articulate, implement, and manage day-to-day execution of account strategy.
  • Facilitate client calls and meetings and serve as a highly responsive day-to-day client contact.
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of your clients' business and the competitive landscape. Provide strategic recommendations and creative ideas and proactively identify and address clients' needs.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills; take responsibility for a diverse number of projects and complete them in a timely manner with general direction from the account lead.
  • Participate in the new business process by articulating strategies and tactics and attending pitch meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of account teams. Ensure quality work, deadline adherence, effective processes, and that the team consistently meets or exceeds agreed upon expectations, deliverables, and metrics.
  • Serve as a line manager for junior professionals; provide onboarding support, training and ongoing feedback, and participate in reviews.
  • Act as a mentor for junior colleagues by modeling desired behavior; demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to collegiality and a growth mindset.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional and leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.
  • Participate in initiatives that further Infinite's vision and values among both internal and external audiences.
  • Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite's values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).

Why we want you
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • You have a minimum of five years' PR and communications experience. Exposure to professional services and B2B clients is required; previous agency experience is highly preferred.
    • You are highly curious, creative, and results-driven, with superior critical thinking, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
    • You have a proven track record of successfully implementing a variety of creative and effective public relations initiatives that have generated measurable results for clients.
    • You have demonstrated the ability to manage a team and lead multiple projects simultaneously, making sound judgments on a daily basis and knowing when to seek senior counsel.
    • You have a strong understanding of how law firms and professional services organizations can effectively communicate to their audiences.
    • You have demonstrated strength as a writer; knowledge of AP style and the ability to proof, edit and coach others' writing abilities.

What we offer

  • Friendly and highly collaborative working environment where your voice will be heard and your ideas will count.
  • Opportunity to work with leading law firms and professional services firms on a global scale within an international network.
  • A focus on growth and professional development: twice annual professional planning sessions, regular access to leadership and mentorship opportunities.
  • Hybrid work schedule; two days in the office with three optional work-from-home days per week.
