Full Job Description
St. Onge Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of strategic clients. This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, we're looking for a trusted advisor who understands supply chain and operations, can navigate complex client organizations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.

In this position, you'll work closely with client executives, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and strengthen long-term partnerships. What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and C-suite leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and aligning St. Onge solutions to their business needs.
  • Ensure successful delivery of services and solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate progress on strategic initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track account performance, forecasts, and key business metrics.
  • Prepare and present account reviews, status reports, and recommendations.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to identify opportunities for account growth and expanded engagement.
  • Manage client concerns, resolve issues, and oversee escalations when necessary.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality deliverables and attention to detail.
  • Support contract negotiations and agreement renewals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, operations, consulting, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating complex supply chain operations and facility performance.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms such as SAP.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics and visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting clients across multiple manufacturing and distribution environments.
