Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
3+ years experience with high-profile, high-net-worth clients
3+ years bookkeeping experience including AP/AR and reconciliations
Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in QuickBooks; familiarity with Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus
Responsibilities
Review and approve accounts payables and receivables
Conduct general ledger postings and bank reconciliations
Manage daily client cash management needs
Interact heavily with clients and vendors
Respond to daily client or partner requests
Set up new clients and manage their intake process
Handle special projects as assigned

Full Job Description
Responsibilities
Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flow
Heavy client and vendor interaction
Respond to daily client or partner requests
Daily client cash management needs
New client intake and setup
Special projects as assigned
Starting salary range for this position is between $80-95k, and will be finalized based on the candidate's years of experience and local cost of labor
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's in Accounting or related experience is highly preferred
3+ years of experience working with high profile and high net worth clientele
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and clients with accuracy and dedication
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
High level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary)
