Full Job Description
Location

This role is Hybrid - New York.

Role

Morpho's largest enterprise partners are live integrations with significant untapped growth potential. This role embeds inside a flagship partner organization, builds relationships from PMs to executives, and inserts Morpho into the partner's product roadmap. Success is measured on revenue and active loans generated by the account.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationship management for a flagship enterprise partner, building relationships with PMs, executives, and teams across the organization to grow the account and protect it from churn
  • Run a recurring meeting cadence with the partner's product teams, including quarterly reviews with executives, to align objectives and keep joint priorities moving
  • Make the commercial and product case to PMs that integrating loans grows their revenue, improves their product, and benefits their users, so Morpho earns a place on their roadmap
  • Track product data to identify growth levers, such as rolling products out to new jurisdictions or running activation campaigns, and turn them into quantified expansion plays
  • Map the incentives of the different players inside the partner organization and use that understanding to unlock decisions
  • Spend consistent in-person time with the partner's teams in New York so relationships run deep across the organization, not through a single contact

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days

Fully onboarded on a flagship account: you understand the current integration, its performance data, and the history of the relationship, and you have mapped the organization, its decision makers, and their incentives. You have met the key PMs in person and established yourself as Morpho's primary point of contact.

First 3 months

You have drafted a full account strategy with the CEO: growth thesis, expansion opportunities across existing and new products, blockers, and a 12-month roadmap. A recurring cadence is running with the partner's product teams, and you have identified 2-3 quantified expansion plays and begun pitching them to the relevant PMs.

First 6 months

Morpho features on the partner's product roadmap, with at least one expansion play committed or shipped and measurable growth in revenue and active loans against your starting baseline. Executive relationships are established, quarterly reviews run as standard cadence, and you are trusted internally as the voice of the account.

Must Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience navigating and selling into large organizations, for example through a top-tier consulting background or an enterprise-facing operating role
  • Strong relationship builder across levels, from PMs to executives
  • Product-minded: able to insert yourself into a roadmap and argue the commercial and product case for integrating loans
  • Data-driven: comfortable tracking product metrics and spotting expansion opportunities like new jurisdictions or activation campaigns
  • Crypto native: credible in front of PMs at major crypto and fintech platforms
  • Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts
  • Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told
  • Clear and crisp async communication
  • Team-first mindset, low ego
Perks & Benefits

We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
