You9ll crush this role if you have 3-5 years outside sales experience, you9ve demonstrated the ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts, you thrive in high-activity, high-agency roles, and you have experience with CRM tools.
Base Salary and Commission - Your Growth Potential- Salary: 85k-100k
- Commission: 5% on Steno revenue from completed jobs
- Example: a rep with a $2m book of business earns $100,000 in annual commission
- Expected first-year OTE: $125k - $150k+
- Potential second-year OTE: $165k - $200k+
- Potential third-year OTE: $175k - $275k+
