Full Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for ABA and autism care providers, from first conversation through signed contract. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales, our SDR team, Customer Success, and Product to understand what providers need and show them how Passage can transform their operations. You'll be one of the early revenue hires at a company growing fast, with real influence over how we sell, who we sell to, and how we scale.
What Success Looks Like
Build and manage a pipeline of ABA providers large enough to consistently meet or exceed your quarterly new-business quota.
Run discovery calls and demos that surface each provider's workflow and billing pain points, and translate them into a clear business case for Passage.
Close deals with practice owners, clinical directors, and operations leaders, moving from qualified opportunity to signed contract within a target sales cycle that you help define.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data and forecasts in our CRM so leadership can plan with confidence.
Partner with SDRs on outbound targeting and messaging, improving meeting-to-opportunity conversion over your first two quarters.
Hand off new customers to Customer Success with full context, resulting in smooth onboarding and strong early adoption.
Share what you hear in the market (objections, competitor moves, feature requests) with Product and Marketing, shaping our roadmap and positioning.

Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, and the ability to build a compelling business case for operational software.
Comfort selling to multiple stakeholders, from practice owners to clinical and billing leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain a complex product simply.
Self-direction and an ownership mindset: you manage your own pipeline and don't wait to be told what to do next.
Genuine interest in our mission to expand access to autism care.
Nice to have (optional):
Experience selling EHR, practice management, or revenue cycle management software.
Familiarity with ABA, behavioral health, or other healthcare provider markets.
Experience at an early-stage startup where you helped build the sales process.
