An Account Executive defines superior service to brokers and all internal customers. You understand that this is more than just having and managing a book of business. You will achieve both the sales goals and service levels of the organization by developing and maintaining strong partnerships and always striving to exceed expectations.

• Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals
• Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships through face-to-face visits and constant touch point engagements
• Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry
• Bring on your existing brokers and ensure they are properly trained
• Provide best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
• Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes
Required Skills/Abilities
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive (required)
• Proven ability to source, develop, and grow broker relationships
• Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High initiative and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get deals across the finish line
