Full Job Description
The opportunity

Our North American business is growing fast. The team is small, the market is massive, and the company has the product maturity and global footprint to back serious ambition. You'll have direct influence on how we go to market, who we target, and how we win.

We sell to eCommerce operators and the agencies that serve them. Our buyers care about product data, feed quality, and operational efficiency. If you've sold into the infrastructure layer of eCommerce (the systems that make products show up correctly, everywhere, at scale), you'll feel at home here.

Your role

Full-cycle Account Executive. You build a pipeline, run your own process with help from solutions engineering and Technical Account Management, and close.

Two motions:
  1. Brand-direct - Mid-market and enterprise eCommerce teams managing large product catalogs across multiple channels and systems.
  2. Agency - Performance and eCommerce agencies where one partnership can land many accounts.

You'll work alongside a tight North American team (Sales, CS, Support) and report to your Sales Team Lead.

What you'll do
  • Build pipeline in the right places. You know where eCommerce operators spend their time - partner ecosystems, industry communities, targeted events - and you get in those rooms. You don't rely on spray-and-pray outbound.
  • Run a consultative sales process. You diagnose before you prescribe. You understand your prospect's tech stack, data challenges, and channel strategy before you demo.
  • Close deals that stick. You qualify well and sell outcomes. Your customers renew because you matched them to real value, not because you oversold.
  • Grow the agency channel. You see the leverage in agency partnerships - one great relationship compounds into many accounts over time.
  • Shape the GTM. You bring market signals back to the team. What you learn in calls directly influences positioning, product priorities, and campaign strategy.
  • Hit and exceed your number. The market opportunity is real and the ICP is defined. High performers will over-earn here.

Who you are
  • 3+ years closing new business in B2B SaaS, ideally in eCommerce technology, feed management, product data, or martech.
  • You understand the eCommerce tech stack, including platforms, ERPs, PIMs, marketplaces, advertising channels, and can hold a real conversation about how products get from a back-end system to a customer.
  • You've sold to operations-minded buyers (eCommerce Ops, Digital Merchandising, Catalog teams), not just marketing personas.
  • You're energized by early-stage markets where your work directly shapes the company's trajectory.
  • You qualify out as confidently as you qualify in.

Bonus points
  • Existing network in the eCommerce agency ecosystem.
  • Experience migrating customers off competitor platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping, Meta product feeds, TikTok Shop, or marketplace listing workflows.
  • You've built a personal brand or reputation in eCommerce / feed management circles.

Some practical things we expect from you:
  • You're available full-time (40 hours/week).
  • You're willing to come to our brand-new New York City office (Midtown Manhattan) for a min. of 2 days per week, or be in the field 2-3 days per week.
  • You live in (or are close to) New York City.
  • You're available to travel to events - approx. 3 trips per quarter.
Your journey at Channable

As the hub of all tool knowledge, we believe that your training and onboarding must be thorough. You will participate in 2 weeks of training at our Utrecht office in the Netherlands to familiarize yourself with the tool and your coworkers. Rest assured, we will take care of travel costs and your accommodation. Given our passion for building relationships, you won't have to spend evenings and weekends alone if you enjoy having people around.

Your buddy will be there to support you and make your training unforgettable!

What we offer
  • Real ownership of a growth market inside a profitable, scaling international SaaS company (not a cash-burning startup hoping to find PMF).
  • A defined ICP and sharpened strategy - you're not guessing who to sell to.
  • Accelerated commissions that reward outperformance generously.
  • Direct influence on GTM - your insights go straight to leadership, product, and marketing.
  • Collaborative international culture - 2 trips/year to HQ in Utrecht, Netherlands.
  • A product that handles 30 billion products monthly, is loved by customers, and keeps winning against bigger-name competitors.

  • Salary: Total OTE (100%) is between $ 200,000 and $ 250,000 gross annual based on a full-time (40 hours per week) employment. The bonus and base salary components will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • Onboarding time in Utrecht (NL): for 2 weeks to get to know the tool, our processes, and your colleagues. After that, you'll get the trust and responsibility to show what you got. Your buddy will support you throughout the whole onboarding.
  • 26 vacation days + 2 reload days based on 40 hours.
  • Buying/Paying out extra holiday days: If you want additional holidays, you can buy up to 5 extra vacation days per year. Also you can get paid out 5 vacation days per year.
  • Annual L&D budget of $1.000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take full advantage of this to grow professionally.
  • 401(k): Retirement plan with 5% matching.
  • Health insurance: Medical plan with the possibility to add dental-, and vision plan - 70% will be paid by Channable.
  • Commuting to our NYC office? No problem, we got you covered (TransitChek).
  • Flexible hybrid working policy: minimum 2 days in the office in Midtown Manhattan.
  • You have free & anonymous access to the OpenUp platform and psychologists. This free service is also available to your family members.
  • Flexible working days: Start your work days between 8.00 - 10.00 am, and finish working between 16.30 - 18.30 pm.
  • Channaweekend - Every year we go for a long weekend with all our colleagues from all over the world ♥
  • Channaweek - We believe in bringing people together. That's why we organize global events like Channaweek where our entire international team gathers in Utrecht to connect and learn from one another.
  • Additional working conditions like massages, in-office bar (Channabar), and lunch (on the days you're in the office)!
