Full Job Description
The Opportunity

We're hiring a second mid-market Account Executive to close deals that give psychiatry practices offering innovative treatments the technology and services to treat more patients in need. These practices are growing, and the operational and financial side of running these programs is where they most often get stuck. You'll work with a physician owner, a practice administrator, and usually someone who runs the business side and will ask hard questions. These are substantial relationships, often six figures. You'll report to our Director of Sales.

Pipeline comes to you, from inbound demand and from two Founding BDRs who join at the same time to build our outbound motion. Your job is to run the deal from the first meeting through signature.

These practices rarely buy on features. They buy because their current setup isn't built for the new era of psychiatry, and that limits how many patients they can treat. Getting it right for a clinic has a direct effect on access to care.

What You'll Do

  • Run mid-market deals from the first meeting through signature, aligning clinical, operational, and business stakeholders along the way.
  • Diagnose which of our offerings fits a practice early in the conversation. Selling the wrong one is the most common way these deals are lost.
  • Build the financial and ROI case. These practices buy on what they collect, so you'll need to be fluent enough in accounts receivable, denials, and net collection rate to hold your own with whoever runs their billing.
  • Displace incumbents on how they're actually performing rather than on a feature comparison.
  • Qualify with discipline, and verify what a practice tells you before investing a full cycle in it.
  • Partner closely with the Founding BDRs: give fast, specific feedback on what you accept and why, and coach by example.
  • Keep forecasting and pipeline hygiene in good order, and contribute to how we improve the way this segment is measured.
  • Represent Osmind at industry conferences and events (quarterly travel).
  • Use AI to increase selling effectiveness: leverage Gong, Claude, and other tools to cut manual admin so more of your week goes to selling.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years closing deals end to end at six-figure contract values, with multi-stakeholder buying committees and 5+ years of closing experience overall
  • Experience selling into independent medical practices - you understand how clinicians and clinic owners make purchasing decisions
  • Genuine comfort with the numbers: you can talk through practice P&L yourself rather than handing it off
  • Experience selling services, or services alongside software, rather than seats alone
  • Disciplined qualification - you'd rather disqualify in week one than carry a weak deal for a quarter
  • AI-first instincts, with a point of view on where it helps in a sales cycle
  • Startup experience at Series A through C companies, demonstrating an ability to run autonomously and embrace ambiguity

Bonus points

  • Experience with/understanding of interventional psychiatry treatments, including the REMS requirements attached to some of them
  • Familiarity with prior authorization, verification of benefits, or payer contracting
  • Experience selling EHR, RCM, or practice management software
