Account Executive - Healthcare Sales

Location: Southern & Western Florida | Full-Time | Remote | Territory Travel Required

Summary

The Account Executive for Healthcare Sales is responsible for driving new business growth across the assigned territory by developing relationships, managing a defined territory, and closing service-based solutions with healthcare and commercial clients. This role focuses on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals with Hospitals and Medical facilities-including facility leadership and C-suite decision makers.

Success in this role requires a strong presence in the field, with the expectation of regional travel and consistent face-to-face engagement with prospects and customers to build trust, accelerate sales cycles, and grow the territory.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business across assigned territory
  • Manage and grow a defined territory and active sales pipeline
  • Schedule and conduct onsite client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Sell service-based solutions to Hospitals and Medical facilities
  • Build relationships with Facility Directors, Managers, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and RFP responses
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in Salesforce/CRM
  • Partner with internal teams to support client execution and account growth
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals


What We're Looking For

  • 1-4 years of B2B sales experience (service-based sales preferred)
  • Experience selling into hospitals, medical facilities, construction firms, general contractors, or facility management
  • Proven ability to manage territory, build pipeline, and close deals
  • Strong interest in traveling the region and spending face-to-face time with customers
  • Comfortable engaging with Facility Directors, Project Managers, and C-suite executives
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment
  • Must be coachable, optimistic, hungry, humble, and smart
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems (preferred)


Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements
  • Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain and maintain identification necessary for work-related travel is required
  • Must live within 1 hour of a major airport
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly


Compensation & Benefits Disclosure: The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$95,000 annual base + commission. This range represents REMEDI8's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.

Placement within the compensation range will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, geographic market, internal equity, and business needs.
