Were hiring a full-cycle Account Executive who wins consistently and wants to keep leveling up. Youll carry a quota in the ~$1M range, built from a blended pipeline - the bulk from a steady flow of mid-market deals in range of $15-50K, with a smaller set of larger opportunities $100K+. Youll sell an AI-first platform and grow into bigger, more complex deals over time. If youre hungry, coachable, and driven to build a serious sales career, this is your seat.

What Youll Do
- Own the full cycle - prospect, discover, and close
- Sell our AI agents and AI-driven platform by turning technical capability into clear business outcomes for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps buyers
- Carry a blended book - a steady flow of mid-market deals plus a smaller set of higher-value opportunities - and consistently exceed quota
- Run a healthy volume of deals with tight cycles and clean pipeline hygiene
- Take on larger, higher-value opportunities as you grow
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to sharpen messaging and surface insight
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting hygiene
What You Bring
- 6-9 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with a track record of beating quota, including:
- Experience managing a quota in the ~$1M range
- Closing mid-market deals ~$15-50K at healthy volume, with the fundamentals to handle larger $100K+ opportunities
- Background selling data, sales intelligence, or sales-engagement platforms
- Comfort selling AI (including AI agents) and translating it into business impact
- Sharp prospecting, discovery, and pipeline management - you keep a full funnel moving
- Executive presence that builds trust quickly
- Hungry, coachable, and ambitious - driven to grow into bigger deals
- Fluency with a modern stack: Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and wearing multiple hats
