Your Tasks

  • Acquiring new customers is just as important to you as developing existing customers.
  • As an Account Executive you are the first point of contact for our international customers. You are passionate about taking care of their concerns - whether they are new customers or existing customers who have been with us for a long time.
  • You are very familiar with international air and ocean freight. You are using your expertise to provide our customers with comprehensive advice across all transport routes and means of transportation.
  • You monitor the international logistics market and keep a close eye on developments. You analyze our customers and their requirements in detail and summarize your findings in reports as a foundation for further decisions.
  • You impress our customers with your presentation skills. You convince them in discussions and price negotiations with your know-how and skill.
  • With your cost awareness, you play an active role in setting sales prices without losing sight of your budget.
  • You visit your customers in person at a national and international level and always have a sympathetic ear for them. You plan your business trips proactively and regularly.


Your Qualifications

  • You have a passion for logistics and love the exciting world of global trade.
  • Quality, service and satisfied customers, whether internal or external, are important to you.
  • You have a college degree in the field of supply chain management and logistics.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the international logistics sector and are well versed in sea and air freight.
  • You are a strong communicator and have the right instinct for your counterpart.
  • You enjoy traveling for business purposes. Regular business trips, even over a longer period of time, are common occurrences for you.
  • You can communicate well in English. Other foreign language skills are helpful, but not a must.
