Client Services Account Director, TheaterWe are seeking an experienced
Account Director to oversee key theatrical clients. Reporting to the SVPm Head of Theater, the Account Director is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (IN BRIEF):- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention across all projects for which you are responsible.
- Manage ongoing client projects, translating briefs into action, monitor progress throughout the agency, and ensure delivery of desired results.
- Deliver sound campaign strategy and planning across multiple accounts.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships between the Client Services team and other departments, to build consensus and support.
- Encourage the Client Services team to strive for accountability, to measure results and report to clients across all aspects of the integrated campaign.
- Drive the team to deliver outstanding client service by anticipating, recognizing, and meeting client needs and provide the best value for money in terms of cost/advice.
- Collaborate with other Account Directors to facilitate meetings and promote best practices.
- Manage project finances to meet budgetary goals and ensure overall profitability.
- Providing forecasts for the agency's pipeline.
- Ensure weekly billing takes place on all accounts.
- Educate and lead the team to achieve the required overall margins of account budgets.
- Contribute to the agency's commercial and business objectives.
- Help strengthen AKA's reputation among clients and prospective partners by consistently demonstrating the agency's strategic expertise, high-quality work, exceptional service, and overall value.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:You'll be a great fit for this role if you:
- Bring 7 - 10 years of professional experience in an Advertising or Marketing role, ideally servicing the entertainment industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of cross-platform advertising campaigns.
- A commitment to deliver strategic, innovative, and effective integrated campaigns for our clients.
- The ability to lead and inspire both clients and colleagues to deliver the best work.
- A collaborative approach to problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information clearly.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and deliver against client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms.
WHAT WE OFFER:The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.
