OverviewOur fast-growing agency is on the hunt for a
Director, Client Services to join us on our journey of building the industry's next great force in the experiential marketing space.
Here's what we are looking for:We are looking for a person who has vast experience & knowledge in the Experiential and Event Marketing realm. This person will be responsible for the management + execution of client experiential programs, as well as delivery the connected social + content tactics in partnership with the JetFuel social + digital team members. Experiential program examples include mobile tours, sampling campaigns, one-off events, retail marketing programs, and trade shows. Social + Content examples include content shoots, content-generating activities at events, and capturing content for use on social channels.
Tactical applications include developing an overarching activation plan, developing a program
timeline, recruiting, training and managing staff, tracking performance, etc. This person also needs to know
how to organically cultivate existing client relationships, to allow JetFuel to deliver more value and services.
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll need to do:- Oversee and lead all facets of production elements and client deliverables, ensuring the end
product meets and/or exceeds JFS & client standards
- Ensure management of client expectations
- Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation
mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines and budgets
- Act with a high degree of independence; holds responsibility for overall account relationships
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and ensuring
that client/agency relationships exists on multiple levels and grow over time
- Leverage full resources JetFuel, increasing client/agency points of contact
- Provide proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients
- Direct development of broad range of materials developed by account team, including client memos,
press releases, speeches, articles, brochures, presentation and collate
- Plan and manage large-scale events efficiently and effectively
- Develop and guide media relations strategy
- Develop and direct new business program development and presentations working with senior leaders
- Company Credit Card & Expenses: Employees may be issued a company credit card for business- related expenses, and must ensure proper use, retain receipts, and submit weekly expense reports for approval
Qualifications- Here's what you got:
- 6-8 years of experience
- Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring
together cohesive programs and drive results for clients
- Appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence/output
- Strong communication skills, particularly with oral presentations

- The role may require work outside of typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet deadlines or support critical projects.
- The position might involve on-call responsibilities or rotating shifts to ensure project coverage outside of normal business hours

CompensationBenefits- Salary annualized compensation
- Hybrid schedule in NYC - in office Tuesday - Thursday

Salary Range: $125,000- $135,000
