Full Job Description
Position Description We are seeking an Account Associate to support the Growth Markets Account Managers in business development and investor relations for PIMCO’s Growth Markets investment products: ETFs, Model Portfolios, and SMAs for the US Private Wealth marketplace. In this role, you will be a key resource both internally and externally, generating outgoing sales activity and addressing inquiries related to these products from GWM clients from home office research teams and business professionals. Your responsibilities will include supporting our Growth Markets Account Managers, acting as the subject matter expert for our US Global Wealth Management (GWM) Account Managers and Account Associates. You will collaborate closely in servicing existing advisors, educating advisors, and supporting new business initiatives. A crucial success factor for this role is the ability to confidently interact with senior leadership across various departments including GWM, Portfolio Management and Product Strategy. Legal, Operations, and offshore client-facing teams. Additional responsibilities encompass preparing for meetings, managing CRM queries, maintaining pipeline and business reports, and undertaking special projects to support our Growth Markets businesses broadly. Responsibilities The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 3 Stay Informed and Passionate: Maintain a strong passion for and stay updated on financial markets, the global economic environment, asset allocation, investment vehicles, and the broader financial services industry. 3 Support Key Stakeholders: Assist in advancing the priorities of our Growth Markets Account Managers. 3 Deliver Timely Support: Offer timely assistance to Account Managers through competitive analysis, client reports, marketing collateral, and follow-up with advisors and clients. 3 Engage with Internal Teams: Partner with and support AM internal teams by actively participating in meetings, representing the Growth Markets team, and delivering timely updates, education, and content. Keep the team informed about AM focus goals and internal initiatives. 3 Manage Sales Data Reports: Oversee the management of ETF/ Model Portfolios / SMA sales analytics, such as running monthly leads lists for PCG/Field Sales, prospective sales campaigns, and collaborate with internal database teams to streamline processes. 3 Produce Internal Communications: Assist the team in creating and distributing internal communications. 3 Coordinate Training Programs: Help organize AM/AA training sessions and preparation of presentation materials. 3 Contribute to Team Success: Actively participate in department meetings, engage with colleagues across various PIMCO functions, lead and participate in working groups, share innovative ideas, and fully utilize continuous mentoring and training opportunities. 3 Career Development: Develop a long-term career with PIMCO, with opportunities to serve clients and the firm in diverse capacities over time. PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance. Salary Range: $ 105,000.00 - $ 115,000.00
