The Work:
As a Delivery Lead, you will lead SAP S/4HANA program delivery across solution design, budget management, resource planning, quality assurance, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. This role serves as a primary delivery owner for complex transformation programs, helping teams manage risk, align scope and timelines, coordinate onshore/offshore execution, and guide clients through controlled cutover and go-live activities.
The ideal candidate brings strong SAP consulting and enterprise technology delivery experience, with the ability to manage project financials, resource plans, delivery risk, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day project delivery across solution design, budget management, resource planning, and quality assurance for SAP S/4HANA programs
Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Partner with client stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverable expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Manage onshore/offshore delivery team structures, coordinating across time zones to ensure seamless execution and knowledge transfer
Drive cutover planning, rehearsals, and execution activities, ensuring a controlled and successful transition to the live SAP environment
Oversee project financials including EAC, revenue recognition, margin management, and change order processing
Facilitate key governance rituals including steering committee meetings, project status reporting, and executive briefings
Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery standards, quality frameworks, and client contractual obligations
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
