Responsibilities
Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and other healthcare professionals

Full Job Description
Physical Therapist work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager and provide physical therapy in patient's homes in the Worcester territory.
Pay Range: $101,000 to 137,000 based on a full time schedule.
How We Know You're A Good Fit:
Must have good standing license (PT) in the state of Massachusetts.
Must be willing to drive within a territory.
Minimum of 1 year physical therapy experience, home health experience preferred.
Demonstrates a can-do attitude and the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of patients and families in varied environments.
Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
