Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and batch processing.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team based in Chaska, MN. This role works onsite at our production facility and is responsible for leading overnight production operations to ensure output meets or exceeds schedule, safety, quality, and cost goals while supporting a strong Lean manufacturing culture.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Overnight Production Operations
Supervise and support production teams to meet daily schedule and performance targets.
Conduct start-of-shift meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
Monitor workflow and proactively address bottlenecks to maintain continuous line operation.
