Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer III to program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-precision production and prototype parts. This senior-level role requires advanced programming skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the leadership skills to support and mentor other machinists.
Key Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Wire EDM machines.
- Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
- Select tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters for complex jobs.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot machining, programming, and tooling issues.
- Improve processes to increase quality and efficiency.
- Train and support less experienced machinists.
- Maintain documentation and follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
- Strong G-code programming skills and experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and multi-axis machining.
- Ability to hold tight tolerances and machine complex parts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay Range: $38.33-$40.24 plus $1.50 shift premium Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time.
