The Data Architect develops enterprise data architectures, governance frameworks, and data integration strategies supporting analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise modernization objectives.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Develop enterprise data reference architectures and integration frameworks
- Define metadata, master data, and data exchange standards.
- Design AI/ML data governance frameworks and feature store architectures.
- Establish training data lineage, provenance tracking, and metadata registries.
- Define architectures supporting synthetic data generation and cross-domain data sharing.
- Support implementation of data governance and compliance requirements.
- Develop data architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
What You'll Need:
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, Master preferred
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and cloud governance.
- Experience producing architecture documentation and technical standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
Set Yourself Apart With:
- Experience with AI/ML data management and governance.
- Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms.
- Industry certifications in data architecture or governance.
- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or equivalent preferred. AWS or Azure data specialty certification preferred.
Salary Range: $120k - $147k
