Job Description
In Corporate Finance, Summer Associates may work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services and client industries. These services include mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. Throughout the summer, you will work with a highly talented and dedicated staff of professionals who will give you broad exposure to the many different issues and concerns affecting businesses today.
You will research and analyze financial statements, general and industry-specific economic conditions and developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.

Qualifications
- Currently an MBA candidate graduating in 2028
- A foundational knowledge of and a keen interest in corporate finance
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong work ethic and proven leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Adept at leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows

Compensation and Benefits
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package. The firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$175,000-$175,000
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
