Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing Hospital Medicine team as a Nocturnist Hospitalist within the next few months.

Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Geisinger Wyoming Valley serves as a regional referral center offering advanced specialty care, leading-edge technology, and collaborative physician support. Hospitalists work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and improving outcomes across the health system.

Job Duties:

  • Dedicated Nocturnist Hospitalist role

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift schedule

  • 7-on / 7-off block scheduling

  • Inpatient-only practice

  • Closed ICU environment

  • No procedures required, though procedural opportunities are available

  • Extensive specialty support available across the campus

  • Opportunities to participate in resident and medical student education

  • Professional growth, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities

  EMR

  • Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record (EMR) platform across the Geisinger system, supporting coordinated, efficient patient care.
