Manufacturing Engineer - Fuel Injector Assembly & Test to join our

Position Overview- This role provides technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance for the assembly of fuel injectors.
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed
- Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process
- Investigate and resolve issues resulting from first test pass failures
- Create and update all APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams
Team Structure & Work Environment- Works alongside 13 other manufacturing and test engineers, reporting to the Technical Service Manager
- Office located within a factory work setting
RequirementsEducation & Experience:- Bachelor's degree AND
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills (Required):- Ability to facilitate and create APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and PFMEA
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Assembly and test experience is desired
Soft Skills (Required):- Ability to facilitate and host cross-functional meetings, both in person and virtually

Salary Expectations: $90,000-95,000 per annual
