Base CPM scales with experience: $0.53 (0-12 mos), $0.55 (12-36 mos), $0.56 (37-60 mos), and $0.58 (61+ mos). Boost your income with $55 per full unload, $20 stop pay, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus disbursed across 7 milestones over 180 days ($500 at 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60/90/120/150 days, and $500 at 180 days).
- ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Regional delivery routes covering VA, WV, and select sections of TN, averaging 2,000 miles per week across 4 dispatches. Freight is 100% touch freight using powered pallet jacks-complete equipment training provided so you can move loads safely and efficiently.
- SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour home reset. Bonus Home Time: Drivers residing within 30 miles of the Roanoke DC may have the opportunity to take their daily 10-hour rest breaks at home! Operations run 7 days a week (primarily overnight), requiring night, weekend, and holiday availability (holiday weeks and the week prior are mandatory).
- DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months. Requires physical stamina for pallet jack unloads, comfort with night driving, and clean results from pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology testing.
