Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 nursing care in the patient's home
Manage care for a 13-year-old patient with tracheostomy and gastrostomy needs
Adhere to patient-specific training and care protocols
Maintain detailed and timely nursing documentation
Collaborate with a team and seek assistance when necessary

Job Details:
1:1 Nursing in patient's home
13yr old with Tracheostomy, Gastrostomy, Non-verbal
Flexible scheduling (Full-time, part-time, or per diem available)
Patient-specific training provided
Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)
Available Shifts: Weekends (Overnight & Alternating Days)
Alternating Day Shifts: (10:00AM - 8:00PM)
Sunday: (9:00PM - 7:30AM)
Requirements:
