Role SummaryThe Director of Finance at GC Realty & Development plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with the company's broader business objectives. This position is responsible for managing all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and processes. The Director of Finance collaborates closely with Executive Leadership to provide insights on long-term financial planning, operational efficiency, and profitability. Additionally, the Director leads the finance team, ensuring that both corporate and property management accounting are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, detailed financial oversight, and a deep understanding of how operational decisions impact financial performance.
What You Will Receive- Salary - $85,000.00-$120,000.00(USD)
