Though a new graduating class is about to flood offices across the country, Baby Boomers are holding their ground. A recent report from Reuters using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics finds that three million Americans over 55-years-old have joined the workforce over the past three years. This accounts for 60% of all workers between 2016 and 2018.
